We have moved all of our Merchant FAQs & contact forms to the Help Centre. The Help Centre can be found in your dashboard at the bottom of your control panel (on the left). You will need to register with us in order to access this. You do not need to pay anything in order to access the Merchant Help Centre.

We charge our merchants £3.99/month as a SAAS [Software As A Service] model. We are currently running a promotion to take on merchants where the £3.99/month fee is waived for 6 months with the coupon code: LAUNCHPARTY. There is no tie-in period, and one can cancel at any point.

We do not charge customers.

Customers pay only the fee stated on the merchant's Party Portal store. VAT is included in this price. The Merchant's price on the Party Portal should match the Merchant's price elsewhere.

Our aim is very simple: It is to make merchant's lives as easy as possible. We will likely be the first port of call for enquiries and clarification. By having a secure system with an easy user experience we can handle most enquiries on behalf of the merchant so that the merchant can focus on delivering smiles. It also makes the customer's lives much easier to make their experience superlative.

We have to simultaneously balance this with who we share data with as we have a responsibility to manage your data with great governance. We will add integrated solutions to our system in due time. But we want to ensure that any information we share is handled in a transparent and responsible manner.
